My girlfriend and I started searching for a home, as first time home buyers, back in 2015, and we searched hard with the help of a different realtor (NOT KATHY) and also going to open houses. We failed horribly, and Without getting into the particulars we can say, it may or may not have been due to the lack of experience on our part, or stupidity of the help we were receiving. With that being said, our search continued..and continued...and continued. It brought us to February of 2017, where we met Kathy Snyder. If someone told me to describe her in three words, I would give you 4. Outgoing, charismatic, straightforward, and knowledgeable. She proved to us she was a team player.
